Vanilla Muffins

Vanilla Muffins
Ingredients : 

125g of Self raising flour

125g Butter

125g Sugar

2 Eggs

1 Sachet (9g) Vanilla paste (alternatively vanilla extract or 1 pod can be used)

Method : 

Preheat the oven to 180˚c

Sift the flour into a mixing bowl.

Add the sugar, the softened butter, the eggs and the vanilla paste.

Wisk for 5 minutes until well blended.

Spoon into muffin moulds and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until they are golden.
