Serves : 
Ingredients : 

910 g of cream cheese ( fromage frais )

150 g sugar

2 eggs

1tsp extract of vanilla

1tbsp of corn flour

230 g of fresh cream

For the bottom of the cheesecake:

125 g of Digestive biscuits

85 g butter melted

50 g sugar

Method : 

Preheat the oven to 200˚c.

Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter and 50 g of sugar.

Evenly cover the bottom of a pie dish with this mixture.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Mix 150 g of sugar with the cheese until it is a creamy mixture.

Add eggs, vanilla and cornstarch and mix.

Finally, add the fresh cream to mixture.

Pour into the pie dish. Cook for 35 minutes.

Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the oven door open. It avoids that it cracks.

When cool refrigerate. Serve with strawberries, or any other fruit.
